Now it is Mandatory to have an oracle account to download any JDK or JRE version.
Follow below steps to create a new oracle account.
Step 1: Click on this link to go to the Oracle cloud website.
Step 2: Click on the View account and then click on create an account.
Step 3: Provide mandatory information and click on the Create Account.

After clicking create account you will get an email from oracle at the email address that you provided to verify your email address.
Step 4: Check your mail box and open the mail. Click on Verify Email Address.
This will take you to the successful page. If you can see the success message it means your oracle account has created.
Step 5: Click on the Continue.
Clicking on Continue will take you to your dashboard. Now your account has been created.
